At Zetalearn Hub, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our online seminars and courses.
Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
- The seminar or course is canceled by Zetalearn Hub
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve them within 7 business days
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued at our discretion if:
- You have accessed between 20% and 50% of the course content within the 14-day period
- Exceptional circumstances prevent you from completing the course after the standard refund period has expired
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
- You have accessed more than 50% of the course content
- You have completed the course or received a certificate of completion
- You change your mind about the course after the refund period
- You fail to meet technical requirements disclosed prior to purchase
- You violate our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at help@zetalearnhub.com
- Include your order number and the email address used for registration
- Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
- Allow up to 7 business days for our team to review your request
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is issued, your access to the course or seminar will be immediately revoked. Any certificates, materials, or resources associated with the course will no longer be available.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
- You will retain access to all content until the end of your paid period
Special Promotions and Discounts
Courses purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are subject to the same refund policy. However, if a refund is issued, any promotional discounts will be deducted from the refund amount.
Bundle Purchases
For bundled course packages:
- Refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available
- The entire bundle must be refunded as a single transaction
- Bundle refund eligibility is based on the combined access to all courses in the package
Live Seminars and Webinars
For live seminar sessions:
- Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant with at least 24 hours notice
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control that prevent course delivery, we will offer either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our customer service team. We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
